The following conditions apply to lawful use of the David Protein website and to every order accepted for U.S. delivery.

Acceptable Use

Any person using David Protein must act lawfully and keep the submitted contact, payment, and delivery details accurate.

Fulfillment and Tracking

Orders are limited to U.S. delivery with free tracked standard shipping. David Protein generally needs 1–2 business days to process an order and carriers usually need 4–6 business days after dispatch, subject to delays.

Post-Purchase Rights

Customers have a 30-day eligible return and exchange window. Store-paid approved return shipping and the 5-10 business-day original-payment refund timeline are governed by David Protein’s Refund Policy.

Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded from no-reason returns, but this does not limit rights for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing goods.

Prices, Payments, and Taxes

All displayed transaction amounts are settled in USD, with legally required taxes assessed by David Protein at checkout.

Order Acceptance

A customer may seek pre-shipment cancellation, while shipped purchases proceed under the Refund Policy. David Protein reserves the right to reject transactions presenting fraud, legal, authorization, or material-pricing concerns.
